A larger cookie will need more amount of heat which is equal to its mass
times it heat capacity ( number for a thermal property) times the
temperature. However a larger cookies also has more area through which
heat
can be added to the cookie. If two cookies have the same height, their
cooking times will be almost the same even if their diameters are
different.
