(question box doesnt work above). Has the theory about painting steel
structures changed in the past few years? Specifically, i remember hearing
in the media a few years back that bridges weren't being painted as often
as rust was actually a inhibitor to destructive rusting, hence they quit
removing the thin coating of rust on structures. Any truth to this? Thanks.
