Don't move them! Ducks are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 , which protects "all migratory birds and their parts" (including eggs, nests, and feathers). The eggs should hatch about a month after they were laid -- by the time you read this answer, they might already be ducklings! Depending on your local laws, you may be able to protect the nest until the eggs hatch by surrounding it with an enclosure made of screen or chicken wire. Check with your local game warden.
