The voltage is going to be a function of the substances you use for your electrodes, not of how much fruit juice you have between them. If you used several fruit batteries in series, you would have electrodes in each of them and the voltages would add. But the way you did it, you get the same voltage no matter what you have between them (as long as it will conduct electricity). Dan Berger
