A q from my physicist friends . I would like to know if the vacuum in
space would lower the boiling point of water sufficiently so that the
background radiation could heat the water sufficiently so it turns to
steam .
Assume the bag membrane is impermeable and well prettyt tough ?
Which materials would the bag to be made of for the water to explode ?
