Message:
If energy, and momentum, which are both quantum, are dependent on mass and
velocity, then would a particle with a certain rest mass, when
accelerated, undergo quantum changes in momentum and energy, leading one
to think that there are quantum velocities;perhaps as ratios of planck
length and time?
