Subject: What force is seen at the end of a rope with a load of a 200 lb man?

A man leans a ladder against a telephone pole. He securely attaches one 
end of a 4 foot rope to the pole and the other end to a waist belt. If he 
jumps what force is seen at the end of the fall?

This was not for a homework assignment or research information.
Just curiosity.
