I had a theory of how we could figure out that the Earth was revolving
around the sun and not the sun around the Earth. I said thatif the we
were Geocentric, then first) we would notice a tail of light about 8
minutes behind the sun, second) at one point in the year, the sun would be
seen at 1 pm, but one half year later, the sun would be on the other side
of the Earth . 3rd) The sun would not be able to revolve around the Earth
fast enough to be in a 24 hour revolution around the Earth. I do not
believe that the sun could move that fast.
Please tell me if I am right or partially correct
Thank You
