I am asking this to further support data collected for a research project.  
After extensive searching of references and the internet I have been unable 
to collect a solid answer.  The full question (unable to fit above) is: How 
does temperature and humidity affect the detectable levels of nitrogen 
dioxide present in the air?  Thanks so much!!!
