Subject: I have a few questions about ketosis vs.ketoacidosis...

Im on a low carb diet & people continually criticize me for being on it, 
yet they dont know much about it, except for the gossip. the basic rule is 
low carb, NOT no carbs:(veggies at least twice daily, whole grains at 
times and other carbs, but no true sugars) Some say it induces harmful 
acidosis, other say benign ketosis. Please clear this up. Thanks.
