Everything I have read indicates that two O parents will produce an O child. I have also read that blood types can be used to prove who is "not" the father and in the case of two O+ parents and a B- baby proves that the O+ father is not the biological father . Do the blood types of the grandparents also contribute to the blood type of the baby?

The question in your archives "similar" to mine is not very helpful. The info about genotypes leaves reasonable doubt. Is your answer that two O+ parents cannot have a B- baby absolute? If the father's parents are B does that make a difference? The mother's mother is O+ but her father's type is unknown. I will really appreciate a quick response. Thank you!
