we are comparing the rate of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in livers 
and kidneys from 2 different organisms.  why does liver have a higher 
concentration of catalase than kidneys and why does the amount of catalase 
in liver vary from one species to another?  (ie chicken and cow)
