Why does Ni form both tetrahedral and sqare planar coordinates in 
chemistry?  Will Ni(PPh3)2Cl2 and Ni(CN)4 have same arrangement in 3D 
space. when both have a cordination no of 4 what brings abut the change 
from the square planar arrangement?
