Professor Fariz,

The Pentium processor series has such a huge range of specifications it is impossible to list them all here. Complete specifications for the series are available at the Intel developer's website. The Pentium data may be found at http://developer.intel.c om/design/mmx/index.htm, the Pentium II at http://developer.intel.com/d esign/pentiumii/ and the Pentium III via http://developer.intel.com /design/pentiumiii/. These pages have links to complete datasheets for the chip series.

I hope this information is helpful.
