I have been told the human eye has a visual capability as concerns
near-infrared "light".
That is, the human eye is capable of seeing objects illuminated by or that
emit near-infrared "light".
Is that really true ?
If so, how does it work ? Is that a normal or an abnormal eye condition ?
What should be expected from such a capability ?
