Hi Sachin,
According to the Windows NT FAQ website (http://www.ntfaq.com):

Q. Is there a RAM disk in NT4.0? A. No. However there is a piece of software which creates a RAM disk. In general the NT cache does a very good job. Microsoft also produced a RAM disk which still works on NT 4.0 called NTRamdsk. A commercial package SuperDisk-NT is now available from EEC Systems (http://www.eecsys.com/)

Windows NT is much better at managing memory than older Windows versions, so performance is best improved by changing other things (like caching and swapfiles).
Neil
