The density of corn syrup is dependant on a number of factors.  The two 
that will vary the most important are dry solids percentage and DE 
(Dextrose Equivalence).  I will cite each density, for a couple of corn 
syrups at different DE's, at the same dry solids percentage (80.0%).
43DE Corn Syrup     11.84 lbs/gallon
53DE Corn Syrup     11.75 lbs/gallon
63DE Corn Syrup     11.71 lbs/gallon

As you can see as DE or sweetness increases the product becomes less dense 
and in addition its viscosity decreases.

Also there is High Fructose Corn Syrup that is used commonly in sodas.
HFCS 55DE     11.64 lbs/gallon
