Subject: What effect does caffiene have on the foods we eat???

I need to know how or if caffiene affects food, especially if consumption 
is at the same time.  This is background for a weight management group of 
women, so we can know if in dieting caffiene plays a role in weight loss, 
does it deter or inhance when taken with meals.    Thanks
