Identical twins have identical DNA so it would be impossible to tell which
twin commited the murder. However the twins DNA will be different to
everybody elses DNA so if there was blood (or even hair) left at the murder
scene then DNA testing could prove that one of them commited the murder.

Hope this answers your question.

p.s. I hope this enquiry was just for interest and you are not an
identical twin planning a murder!!
