A missle left Vandenburgh at 9:39 PDT on 07-07-00. Standing in Santa Monica
California looking West we saw A bright light rise and disappear (leaving 
the atmosphere?). A blue-green glow (about the size of 20 moons) remained 
visible for minutes afterward.
