Angel,
That is an good question. 
Low concentrations of salt are necessary for plant growth. 
There are many different varieties of radish and many different kinds of 
salt. So the question is one you might explore.
Here are some suggestions:
Buy some different kinds of radish seed from a garden supply store and 
plant these seed in sand about 1 cm deep. Water the seed with tap water, or 
rainwater [you can use bottled water or other low-salt water if you want to 
do this experiment now], or sea water. In about 7 days you should see 
plants growing and in a month you should be able to record and eat the 
results of your experiment!
