A friend of mine was trying to convince me that it would be beneficial to 
drink your own urine if trapped in the desert.  He claimed that since it 
is sterile it would be okay.  I claim that the concentration of wastes is 
too high, and you would actually die sooner.  But I couldn't name any of 
the chemicals.  What are some toxic, or at least dehydrating, chemicals in 
urine?
