Measuring behavior in fish is a very difficult task and I would not 
recommend it for a science fair project.  Measuring more obvious 
characteristics like weight and size would be more reasonable, but I don't 
know if I would expect antidepressants to have substantial effects on 
weight and size.  Another idea would be to look at eating in these treated 
fish, but it's up to you as to how to measure this.  Good luck!
