I want to create a light-weight pack i can wear on my back that will 
enable me to fly.  Preferabbly without a loud and heavy motor.  I need to 
know if there is a way to use chemicals or somehow find a way to propell 
myself forward and up, maybe by releasing air like those astronaut chairs 
do.
