Well if a person receives an allograft from an identical twin then there 
is no need for anti rejection medicinces at all.
But if a person receives an alloraft from a sibling born at the same time 
but not an identical twin, the frequiency of rejections will 
be less but antirejection medicinces would still be needed, but the life 
expectency of the allograft would be much higher.
