I was sleeping on the ground the other day, and when I woke up, I noticed
my head was resting on my vacuum cleaner power cord. The device was turned
off. My 3 questions are: 1) does a power cord that is turned off generate
EMF? 2) does EMF cause cancer? and 3) how far away do you have to be for
EMF to be negligible from, say, a blow dryer?
