These ideas seem to conflict with my concept of existance. If the universe if everything, how can there be more than one? Is this just shorthand for multiple dimensions in which a single universe can be observed? Is that space which an expanding universe will occupy, which is does not now occupy, a volume? Or does it become a volume as the universe expands into it, and if so, how does that work?
