LC UV and LC/MS are the most powerful methods for composite fluids 
precedded by SPE or other sample preparation teChniques 
There are some colour tests for paracetamol (mostly qualitative)
Ferric chloride-->Blue
Liebermann's test -->violet
Nessler's reagent-->brown (slow)
The possibility of a stable complex is rather small due to the aromatic 
ring affecting the amino and hydroxy group electronic density.
However I can not think of a possible advantage in the analytical field or 
quantitation purposes
