Hi Jennifer,

According to my old ornithology text book, Ornithology by Frank B. Gill, "Arctic Terns (Sterna paradisaea) leave their nesting colonies in the far north Atlantic and Arctic oceans for the waters of the opposite pole. Buff- breasted sandpipers (Tryngites subruficollis) fly 13,000km from breeding grounds in the vast high Arctic to winter on the pampas of Argentina."

So, to be honest, I'm not certain exactly which species flies the farthest. But, obviously some fly from one pole to the other, which is as far as anything can fly.
