You are doing the right things; experimenting and learning. When I was
your age, I would collect broken radios and televisions, take them apart
and try to build circuits with the components.

You should also try to find people in your city who work with electricity
or electronics and talk with them. See if there is a local amateur radio
club (ham radio) you could join. Ham operators really enjoy teaching and
sharing their hobby.

Another source of information is the Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers (IEEE). This is the world-wide professional
organization for electrical engineers. There is a section in El Salvador.
You may be able to contact them through their website: http://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/9/elsalvador/saludo.htm.

Please contact me if I can be of any more help.
