For my project I have to investigate the effects of Catalse enzyme on
hydrogen peroxide. So far, I've changed the concentration of hydrogen
peroxide, changed the temperature of the reaction and have investigated the
effects of a lead nitrate inhibitor, but I now need to change the pH of the
reaction to determine the optimum pH for the decomposition reaction. i have
to use pH buffers from 2 - 10, but I don't know how to do it. Any help
would be great.
