You find this at science centers.  It is not a light that is on a bike.  
It is like a exercise bike bike that is hooked up to something that when u 
get to the right speed the light bulb turns on.  If you have a diagram 
that shows how this is built I would gladly appreciate it.  I am building 
something that needs this information.  Thank you if you can help me and 
thank if you can't.  I appreciate the time you took to read this.
