When using the same solute, will the same mathematical procedures be used
on thin-layer and column chromatography? Will they produce the same
results? Why or why not? For example: If I used salt, let it disolve in
water, and tried to analyze its compounds using thin-layer chromatography
on sample A of the salt and water mixture, would the results be the same
as using column or gas chromatography on the same sample?
