As it turns out, there is a specific angle that will always give a projectile a 
maximum distance.  However, if I tell you this angle, you still will not have 
enough information for a 2-page report.  To get started, why not do a WWW 
search on "projectile motion"?  When a teacher gives an assignment like this, 
part of the goal is not just to get the answer, but also to learn how to do 
research.  If you wish, when you think that you have found the angle, send me 
an e-mail, and I will verify it.
