I am doing Alevel Biology coursework and am investigating the affect of pH
on catalase. However, i am discovering strange results as i appear to be
seeing two optimum pH's. i have read that this can happen to some enzymes
but is catalase one of these enzymes and why does it happen.
Thank you,
