Hi Denis,
I can't tell from your question whether you need to make the whole 
mechanical system for a differential pressure transducer or just the 
electronics. If I were doing the electronics, I would look VERY closely at 
Crystal Semiconductors http://www.crystal.com they make some good BRIDGE 
measurement ADCs with all the drivers for the usual kind of strain gauge 
diff. transducers.

If you have to make your own transducer, get back to me and I'll think on 
that with you too !
