I am asking in order to do an extra credit assignment for my Biology
class. I've learned about the general types of eukaryotic, prokaryotic,
plant, and animal cells. I understand that there are millions of various
types of cells in order carry out the numerous funtions of certain
organisms, but I am more interested how the specific shape of the cell is
related to its function. For example certain types of ceels allow them to
fitinto small areas.
