Dear MAD,
Erratic sleep patterns for a periods of time have an affect on blood
sugar levels. Would these erratic patterns(such as going from 10 hours of
sleep per night for several weeks, to 4 hours of sleep per night) cause
the blood sugar level to LOWER or RAISE?
Thank you for your time.
Laura
