The moon will be very nearly full next halloween (2001) - the full moon is actually on the 1st of November. The next actual full moon on halloween will be 2020, so you've a while to wait yet. You can find out the phase of the moon for any date at at least two different web sites, http://www.ezpics.com/gh/P redictMoonPhase and http://www.bajanet.com/moon.html.
