I am presently writing an investigative article in the nightclub industry.
One question we are answering concerns clubs ability to substitute a more
inexpensive alcohol in mixed drinks. Therefore it is pertinent to
determine what alcohol is poured in what drinks. (ie. is there Jack
Daniels in a Jack and coke or did the establishment substitute a well
brand) thank you
