Subject: Which effects evaporation most-temperature,wind speed, or humidity?

Well, our 8th grade class is going to have a huge exam on this science 
chapter that is about rates of evaporation and basically I really don't 
understand it. The book doesn't really explain it to my understanding, so 
I decided to ask a scientist directly. I hope you can explain me something 
about rates of evaporation and temperature, wind speed, and humidity.I 
want to get an "A" on this exam. THANKS!!!!!!
