Formally, SnO2 could be tin(II) peroxide. But my copy of the CRC Handbook 
doesn't list such a compound. 

Compounds of tin(II) are "stannous"; those of tin(IV) are "stannic." So SnO2
would be "stannic oxide" or "tin dioxide."
