The short answer is no.  There is an intricate connection between the 
cytoplasm and nucleus in early development and most likely the cytoplasm 
in the dolphins would not support a nucleus from a divergent species such 
as human.  Specifically the dolphin mitochondrial might not be able to 
make use of nuclear encoded mitochondrial proteins.  However, Hollywood 
seems to overlook these types of issues.
