As far as I can remember, the Moon is roughly as old as the Earth. 
There are some theories as to how the Moon was created and thus 
lends differing views as to the age, but the oldest rocks taken are 
about 3.5 billion years old. Some people believe that the Moon was 
created from the earth itself when something large hit the planet early 
on and spewed a lot of material into space which then formed our 
Moon. How valid this is I have no idea.
