Hi there, just came across a message you answered in relation to why hair
'frizzes' when there is humidity in the air?

You mention the 'bonds' and that with the humidity curly hair frizzes and
straight hair that has been curled goes back to its natural form.

My hair is very curly, actually more frizzy than anything and I've recently
had it straightened. For a while it was great, but last night it was rainy
with high humidity and I could see it reverting back.

Do you know, since you posted this message back in 1998 whether studies
have been done on products that ELEVIATE this permanently and do you think
its possible or is it just a matter of accepting what can't be changed?

Thanks for your time.

Lisa
