Subject: why does the temp stop droping when the humidity reaches 100 percent

I exercise early in the morning,and I notice that the air temp. and 
humidity are tied together. In a span of an hour or less the temp. will 
drop several degrees as the sun warms the air an the humidity goes down. 
The temp will drop more in one hour than from midnite till dawn.
