The short answer is no, the universe doesn't move. This is because the "universe" is defined to be all of space...so there is nothing for the "universe" to move through! However, not only does the earth revolve around the sun, but the sun revolves around the center of the Milky Way galaxy (with an orbital period of 200 million years or so), and the Milky Way galaxy is being pulled into a larger group of galaxies called the Virgo Cluster, and the Virgo Cluster is being attracted to an even larger group of galaxies, and so on. So, although the universe as a whole doesn't move, because it can't by definition, every part of the universe does move within it.
