Subject: remove the receptor to prevent HIV infection?

Message:

1)HIV has to first induced to the receptor(protein), how could this be 
possible to remove the receptor without harming the cell? 2)Why HIV only 
attack the CD4Tcells, but not others, what factor is driving the HIV to 
attack and why they have to reproduce eventhough they will stay alive 
forever 3)can we invent some drug that harden the 
infected cell wall to prevent the lysis?
