Dear gentlemen:  I wish to purchase a 6 or 8 inch telescope--I live in a 
suburban city area and am moderately serious.  Am very interested in the 
planets, moon, and the more obvious structures in our galaxy.  Will an 8"
telescope really show me much more than a 6"?  Thank you so much for any
direction!  Naturally, salespeople wish to sell me the most and have all
sorts of wonderful promises--I just wish to have an informed opinion.
