I am a journalist and environmentalist who is concerned about the re-
introduction of cloud-seeding in my area (SW Colorado)and the potential
negative mpacts of human interference with weather, from the perspective
of both environmental and social justice. What could happen with all the
silver iodide being introduced to the air (and presumably the water and
land as it falls)? And if we get it to snow more in one area, won't that
take away precipitation from another area that may also need it?
